Vault Web user cannot view dwfx files

I have one user who cannot view dwfx files from the Vault Web Client.  We have tried viewing dwfx files of idw, iam, dwg and ipt files. The error message simply says the file cannot be viewed.

So far, I have only seed this issue on one user.

We are using Vault Professional 2011 with a mix of web users who are on Windows 7 and Window XP. 

The user experiencing the issue has Windows XP sp2;  IE7.0.5730

I downloaded and installed the latest Design Review without resolution.

I do have other users with similar configuration who are not having difficulties.

Try these settings in IE.
