Vault SQL Server failed to start

good day.

 

I m installing Vault2013 server and client on my pc,

but get an error about MSSQLAUTODESKVAULT failed to restart?

see attache file , do I need to change some rights on the machine?

Was there a previous installation of ADMS Console on the machine?  It is kind of hard to diagnosis a 1920 since it could be a number of things.  Does the installer place any information about the failer in its log file?
