Vault Name Changes?

When the Vault was set up here it was only for one dept (Mechanical) and no we are adding in the Sparky's to the Vault. They are throwing a fit to get the Vault name changed to Company Name or something. Is it passable and if so is it practical to change the database name? I assume I could just go into SQL and change the name of it and it would be OK but wanted to ask before I tried... Would that blow up all the links or would SQL just change them for me?

No, it will not be OK to just go into SQL and change the name.

The right thing to do is to use the ADMS-Console to detach the vault, and then attach it with a new name.

This worked best for me thanks... I knew Vault had a way it "Liked" better than SQL...
