Vault Mirror on Inventor 2012 fails

We have been using Vault Mirror 2012 for over a year on Win2008 SP1 x64 server.  The log shows that it does fail every once in a while but then is successful the next time it runs (every morning at 5AM).

Last last week we did a rearrangment of folders in the Vault.  A number of folders were moved into a sub folder to group them in a logical group.  One folder that we wanted to move would not move due to some type of error so we left that folder where it was.

Now, every time I run the Full VaultMirror it fails with the following error:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: 0
   at Connectivity.Web.Services.DocumentService.DownloadFilePart(Int64 fileId, Int64 firstByte, Int64 lastByte, Boolean allowSync)
   at Autodesk.Connectivity.WebServices.DocumentSvc._DocumentService.Execute(String methodName, Object[] parameters, IWebServiceCommandEventsCollection events, WebServiceCommandEventArgs args)
   at Autodesk.Connectivity.WebServices.DocumentService.DownloadFilePart(Int64 fileId, Int64 firstByte, Int64 lastByte, Boolean allowSync)
   at VaultMirror.Command.DownloadFileLarge(File file, String filePath)
   at VaultMirror.Command.DownloadFile(File file, String filePath)
   at VaultMirror.FullMirrorCommand.FullMirrorVaultFolder(Folder folder, String localFolder)
   at VaultMirror.FullMirrorCommand.FullMirrorVaultFolder(Folder folder, String localFolder)
   at VaultMirror.FullMirrorCommand.FullMirrorVaultFolder(Folder folder, String localFolder)
   at VaultMirror.FullMirrorCommand.FullMirrorVaultFolder(Folder folder, String localFolder)
   at VaultMirror.FullMirrorCommand.Execute_Impl()
   at VaultMirror.Command.Execute()
   at VaultMirror.Form1.Main()

Interestingly enough it seems to fail while it is mirroring the contents of the folder that we couldn't move.  The contents of the folder have not changed, only the location of folders aroung it,  and it has been running successfully for over a year.  Any idea why it is failing now?

You need to log this issue with product support.  There is something wrong with that Vault folder, and it should probably be looked at.

A bug/feature of Vault Mirror is that it doesn't deal with errors very well.  If it detects something wrong with your Vault, it doesn't just skip over the problem an move on.  It wants to to fix the issue.
