Vault Manufacturing 2010 or Vault Professional 2011 with AMechanical

Is there anyone out there using the above combinations of software.

We have been using the AM /Productstream combo since 2008 and each time we move to the latest version we get major problems and it feels as though we are the only company in the world that is using this combination therefore the problems we encounter are un heard of - or so we are told.

We tried the 2011 set up to resolve a problem in the 2010 programs which appears to have been fixed but now we have new issues that make the setup un usable.

For example the property mappings when migrated from 2010 to 2011 come out scrambled and have to be re-configured.

Every update has proved to be a series of problems - we never used 2009!

There is no documentation of what's new in each release - workflows get changed without a warning that you need to adapt your set up / usage.

Are we the only company in the world that is struggling to use Vault professional manufacturing or whatever with Autocad Mechanical? (We also use Inventor with slightly more success)
