I was wondering if anybody could give me a solution to a problem I’m having with Vault.
I’m using both AutoCAD Civil 3d 2009 and Vault 2009.
I’m working on a project that is being managed using Vault and I was recently added as a new user by the administrator. I can log in successfully to the Vault software. However when I try to log in via Civil 3D I get the attached error message. Neither the administrator nor I know what to do about the problem.
Could somebody please advise us as of how to solve the problem?
It is possilbe that you log in Vault 2009 server via AutoCAD Civil 3d 2010. You can check the version of your AutoCAD Civil 3d. AutoCAD Civil 3d 2010 should log in Vault 2010.
