Hello... help!
I've tried the "failed to acquire license" fixes discussed in the other posts... disable\remove IPv6, change server name to IP address in lic file, verified correct mac address, but I'm still unable to get a client connected. I only recieve the "failed to acquire license" message.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
Here is the status enquiry which looks good...

did you check your firewall on the server to make sure your fire wall isn't blocking these ports:

In the root of the vault filestore there should be a file called licensingLog.txt, which may have additional information as why getting a license is failing.
-Dave
i was unable to locate a licensinglog.txt file
this is a "new" installation... i have not previously had Vault installed.
I've entered the Twilight Zone... it's working now and my clients are able to login. Not sure why it's working now...anyways.
THANK YOU for taking time to help with suggestions!
well thats weird
