When I try to install Vault 2010 (Clint) English Service Pack it goes so far then pops up a message suggesting that there is NO DVD in the drive, see attached. This is strange as it installed no problems on the same machine a few month ago, all that has changed is a new HD a 260GB Seagate, identical to the one that was in previously that gave up the ghost. I tried twice once using the DVDs and once by copying the DVD to HD and still get the same results.
