VAULT 2011 UPDATE SP1 ERROR 26002

Hi all,

     I have just setup my new pc. My existing pc had inventor 2010 which worked fine.

Getting ready to upgrade to new pc with inventor 2011.

1. Backed vault 2010.

2.went to restore vault to new system did not work, so I needed sp1 & 2.

This is were the problems started trying to update with sp1 keep getting error message.

Error 26002. Failed to read IIswebs table (-2147024891)

Any help would be great try every thing.
