Dave,
The ipj file isn't necessarily overriding the Set Working Folder or Map to
Shared Server settings. However, if your ipj file isn't mapped correctly to
the same folders, when you add a file it will create a new folder in the
Vault with the file added to that folder.

Thanks Irvin,
So the order of overrides for CC Files, User Libraries, Templates, Styles
Library is:
Application Options / Files
Overridden by "Set Working Folder"
Overridden by "Map to Shared Server"
Overridden by ipj Folder Options?

Dave,
They both mean sort of the same thing. I will try to explain.
The "Set Working Folder" is normally a local directory on the Vault client
computer. For example: "C:\Vault Projects"
This can also be set to a mapped network drive where more then one user
shares a working directory. For example: "M:\Vault Projects"
The "Map to Shared Server" is normally used for a shared network directory
for library parts and is set on a Library folder in the Vault. This is
normally set with a UNC path. For example: "\\Server\Vault Library"
This is done so that the files that are in the library exist on a share
directory so that all the users share the common library files without
having a copy of the library files on their local hard drive. This setting
overrides the "Set Working Folder" if both are set.
I hope this helps.

What's the difference? The help doesn't even mention the later.
