Running Different Vault Products?

We are currently running Vault Manufacturing 2010, the only reason we are using this level of Vault is for the Web Clien.  So my question is can I run one license of Vault Manufacturing and then down grade my other licenses to a lower level of Vault.   

I guess what I am trying to say is can I run one machine with Vault Manufacturing and the rest of the company with a lower level of Vault, can I mix two different level onto the same server and have everything work ok.

No, the Vault explorer client must be the same product (Workgroup, Collaboration, Professional) and version as the server.

This will not work as it is the server which pulls the license.

That means that anyone connecting to the server will always pull Manufacturing licenses since it is a Manufacturing server.

The client used does not determine the license used.
