PS internal view pane

If I click on an Item to view a dwf , my preview pane is small. When I'm stretching it to above i'll see a grey area which I can not change the size of.
See Picture attached to this message.

I use PS2008 with the latest service pack, DR 2009 (SP2) and INV 2008 (SP3) on a XP 64 machine............

thx in advance......

Hi,

Could you please check the DPI setting?  We have seen
a issue when we use 120 DPI and we are looking into it.

So if you are using 120 DPI please use 96 DPI instead and
try.

Let me know if you need any further
help/info.

Thanks,
Senthil Kumar,

Hi,

You need to do that settings in Windows - Display
settings. Please refer the attached image to change the DPI in XP and
Vista.

Thanks,

I had this issue with PS2009 and all updates. Changed to 96 DPI and fixed it. Would like to have the 120 dpi.

Is there a solution on PS2009?
