We are running Vault Colaboration 2013 on a HYPER V VM running Server 2008 STD R2. We can open drawings. The main issue is object references from vault not available in Autocad. If you log into vault from ACAD you can see object references. Running AutoCad Civil 3D 2013. The work stations have 3 versions of ACAD on them not sure if this could be an issue. The database has been checked by AutoDesk. This is Autodesk's responce:
As I told Jason, it is something on you end and we can't troubleshoot it because we are unable to recreated, we restore your backup on our end in two different systems and your server works as expected we are able to see all the civil object on the projects as soon as you login on the server. Again we see the objects when we login the server. Just not available when a drawing is signed out or in.
