Microsoft Word Add in running very slow

Hi

For some reason the Microsoft Add in is running slow.

This is on log in, check out, check in. It is working but running awfully slow.

It seems to run slow if the word addin is logged in. When opening files it is slow.
Seems to work fine if not logged in. And check in and out is completed within vault only.

What version of Vault and Word you are using at the moment. Have you checked the below article on an older issue with Word addins,

This is a little different from my posting.

It just seems that the word add in slows word down. If we dont log into the word addin and check in and out from vault directly it works much faster.

Therefore we currently have the log in disabled.
