Today I installed AIS10 Series with all SP's. Then at last I installed Vault Explorer 4 with SP2. After that I installed the Office Plugin.
After a restart of the computer, Microsoft Active Sync 3.8 connects automatically wih the PDA. But this time we got a message that he couldn't synchronize some folders. He did synchronize the mailbox but not the Calender and Contacts.
I encountered this problem before at my own PC, but I thought it was a bad Outlook installation. But this is the second time with a customer.
After the restart after installing MDT2006 Active Sync worked properly. But after the Vault installation with Office add-in Active Sync got the problem.
I think it's the office Add-in what causes the problem.
then I got the following problem that I couldn't uninstall it because of a bad MSI installer????
To solve the problem I had to get back a restore point before installing MDT2003.
Does anybody encountered the same problem?
Does anybody has a solution to this?
