Jobprocessor publishes wrong dwf

The jobprocessor publishes the wrong dwf.

When changing the state from Work In Progress to For Approval/Production the jobprocesser publishes the wrong drawing.

The jobprocessor takes the latest version of the part and publishes the rigth prt.dwf

Thejobprocessor takes the latest version of the idw but NOT the latest of the part and publishes the wrong idw.dwf.

When I publish the idw locally (by Actions - Update view - Update Locally) this problem does NOT occur. Then the published idw.dwf is made of the latest version of the part and latest version of the drawing (see attached dwf-files).

It does not happen all the times and I cannot repeat the action on purpose.

But this makes the created dwf's not a reliable source of information which it should be .

Why does the jobprocessor takes the wrong version of the part (or assembly) when it creates the dwf?

Do I have to (manually update all drawings before I change the state?

We work with Vault Manufacturing 2010; 14.2.71.0

I'm having he same issue here.  I had a user make a change to ta chamfer on a part model.  The associated part drawing reflects this change in Inventor.  When I check into Vault and put at a state of For Review, the Job Processor creates the wrong version of drawing file. The chamfer dimension is incorrect.

When I change my check in setting to have the dwf created by the local workstation, the dwf is the correct version.

How could this happen.  We were embassed to find this issue because it was discovered by on outside vendor who received this incorrect dwf from our purchasing department.

I've attached screen captures to show the drawing in Inventor and in Vault.  Notice the incorrect chamfer dimension in Vault.

Still problems with my DWF files.

Vault Professional 2014 Build 18.2.2.0 Update 2

Inventor Professional 2014 Build 246 SP2

Some text fields ar not published in the DWF by the jobprocessor.

When creating a dwf when checking in or publishng on "own" PC the DWF is correct.

But when the jobprocessor takes over some text fields are erased/blanked out and not visible on the DWF.

But not with ALL DWF's some are OK!!! And that gives me a headache!!!

luckily the PDF and DXF published by the Jobprocessor are OK.

If you are able to reproduce the issue on some particular file on a
regular basis could you share the file with us?

Could you share the 3D-model as well.

(When I try to open 00057612.idw with Inventor I'm getting "Resolve
link" message regarding "00057612.ipt")

Unfortunately I failed to reproduce your issue.

Please find attached the two DWFs created through JobQueue of our Vault (two different JPs, first - win7, second - server2008).

On our (job processor-) system every DWF fails as given in the example DWF.

The PDF gives the good result.

Is Office installed on your server which runs the jobprocessor?

On ours it isn't.

Yes. At least part of MS Office (MS Excel) is installed on our JPs.

Without Excel Inventor can't treat all sorts of data - it is a required
component

We are seeing the same major issue! The dwf produced from the WIP coming from the user show correct. The dwf from the Released coming from the Job Processor is Wrong!

This happens on and off.

We can not trust any dwf that Vault is giving us!
