Job Processor created visualization

Hello,

Have a strange problem with one of our Job processor's. We have found that when processing IDW.dwf, that if any scaled text exists in the document, it doesn't create the preview with scaling. see the attached images. It is of our legal garbage that we throw on drawings. You can see the text is shifted to one side of the text frame.

The first example is generated from a users machine(update locally), the second is generated from the job processor(qued update)

What I have also noticed is, if we log in to the job processor and launch vault and try to generate the dwf locally, it also removes the scaling. So maybe there is some strange setting just on that machine?

Any ideas? The example i sent is just one of the areas on the drawing affected. We are using the job processor to generate the files we send to the customer. This is causing an issue with our sutomers because our title blocks become hard to read in some cases.
