Did you try to update view for the files locally? If local updating fails, then Job Processor will not succeed.
If local updating fails, following steps might be of help to troubleshoot:
1). check whether dwf files can be published while checking in via Inventor addin
2). check whether user has enough permission
If local updating succeed, it could be the problem of Job Processor. The basic requirement for Job Processor to work is that Inventor application be installed at the same machine as Job Server and work well in publishing dwf files.
