Imbedded Viewer not able to View DWF

I can not determine why some versions of some files are not able to be viewed in Vault Explorer by using the imbedded viewer. While displaying the "View" tab, I can click down through various versions of a file. Some are able to be displayed and some require the use of the external view (Inventor View). Can anyone explain what needs to be in place for the file (DWF) to be viewable with VE's internal viewer?

Please checked that all versions of the file have a DWF attachment. For
versions checked in without publishing DWF, Inventor View will be used.

If you are using Release 2009, use Update View to publish DWF for those
versions without one. That will allow all versions to be displayed in the
embedded viewer.

Hope this is helpful,
Carol

Hi,

This may be due to incorrect DWF link or no link with those files. Once the DWF files are linked/associated, you would be able to see the files in view tab. Please refer the following URL to fix this issue.

Hope that helps.
