I want to  install Vault Basic Server  2012 on  NAS Server Q700

I don't think that server runs a Windows OS out of the box. 

 

If you can get Windows running on it, I don't know why Vault won't work.

Agreed.  A NAS typically is just a network hard drive.  That's not to say you can't keep your data store there, though.
