How do I display other projects in the Prospector of Civil 3D 2011

Right now I have a project called D10054 in the prospector. When I right-click on the Projects (root) in the prospector & select Projects to Display, I click on the box of project or folder called D11043 for it to display on the prospector. After a few refresh on the prospector, the folder D11043 never shows up, what wrong here,n thank you.

Looks like the project (i.e. folder in Vault) you have selected is not created using C3D. The folder '2D' as shown below is a normal Vault folder, whereas D1 and D2 are created via 'New' command when right-click on the Projects node at Prospector.
