We have several jobs "sticked" in the queue.
The status is "Processing" but this is definitely the lies.
Buttons "Remove" and "Re-submit" are greyed out.
Is there any method push them on?

Not sure if it will work, but have you tried to disable and then enable the jobserver again?

Yes I've just tried it (pity there is no apply button - hope unchecking JobServer option and close settings window, then opening settings and checking the option counts enough).
Queue hasn't changed.

Maybe I should found and edit some xml file on serever?
Open the job server queue and add the button "reset to queue". See attached image. After resetting you should be able to delete the job.
