How can we delete a job that is being processed by a PC that not exists??

There should be a "remove" command from the Job Queue - check the "tools"
menu (I think) in the Vault Client

We have several jobs "sticked" in the queue.

The status is "Processing" but this is definitely the lies.

Buttons "Remove" and "Re-submit" are greyed out.

 

Is there any method push them on?

 

PS: Vault Manufacturing 2010 (14.2.71.0)

Not sure if it will work, but have you tried to disable and then enable the jobserver again?

Thank you for attemp to help.

Yes I've just tried it (pity there is no apply button - hope unchecking JobServer option and close settings window, then opening settings and checking the option counts enough).

Queue hasn't changed.

 

Any other suggestions?

 

Maybe I should found and edit some xml file on serever?

Open the job server queue and add the button "reset to queue". See attached image. After resetting you should be able to delete the job.
