Hotfix "Wrong BOM quantity when QTY has units and is set to "Static Quantity"?

In the list of Vault Pro 2011 hotfixes and updates,

there is a hotfix for "Wrong BOM quantity when QTY has units and is set to "Static Quantity"

The description makes reference to a Vault Pro 2011 hotfix TS16092983 yet the only files available for download pertain to Inventor 2011 (DL16094377). Searching autodesk.com for TS16092983 brings me back to this hotfix. So where is this TS16092983?

On a side note, this same Inventor hotfix is required for some other Vault hotfixes and according to an Autodesk support technician this is contained in Inventor SP2. So does the information in these hotfixes get updated to point to the relevant superseding updates?

TS16092983 is inside the DL16094377.zip file. So please download and unzip DL16094377.zip to get TS16092983
