Error in Vault Collaboration 2013 when Renaming File and Copy Design

When trying to copy design or rename file in vault collaboration 2013 we are getting the following error message (see attached).  

When you rename file it gives the error message but it will still rename the file after the error message disappears.  This error message pops up for the users with Document Editor Level 1 and 2 roles.  Users with administrator roles do not get this message when trying to rename the file.

Has anyone seen this before?

It is strange, since document editor level 1 doesn't have permission to rename. Document editor level 2 has the permission. Or you set both role to one user?

And for your situation, administrator and document editor run on the same machine one has problem and one not?

The problem for ducoment editor is for some specific files or for all files?

I was testing the diferent user roles.

I have only set one role per user.

You are correct when I use an administrator  and document editor on the one machine the one has a problem and the other does not.

 The problem for the document editor is for all files.
