Error 1013 user search

We have been getting the error 1013 when a serching for checked out parts.  I found a procedure for how to fix: It requires deleting folders for the Vault file store/index.  Where are these folders located?  We are using Windows 7 - I know this changes the file path, but I cant find anything remotely looking like the lucene folder indexes.

The path suggested:

C:\program data\Autodesk\Vaultserver\filestore

I am assuming this is on the local user machine - this wouldn't be on the server would it?

Thanks.

This would be on the Vault Server.

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\VaultServer\Filestore\Indexes.

Keep in mind that ProgramData is a hidden folder by default, so you may have to enable viewing hidden folders.

Alternativley, you can take that path above and paste it into Start -> Run.

P.S. C:\ProgramData and C:\Document and Settings\All Users are the same location (in other words, the path that Hywell mentions is the same as the path in the KB document above)

Spoiler

Thanks for all the help.  The services stopped, folders deleted & indexes rebuilt.  Works great.  The folders that need to be deleted are on the server by the way.
