In my change order system we use ADR to create markups. The workflow is that the user begins the markup inside of the ECO, saves it, and then right clicks to open it from the file menu on the left panel of the change order. They are prompted to check it out, and then when finished they check it back in to save it to the change order. As of about 12:30 pm this oafternoon this was working fine. Now, with no changes being made in security (I'm the only one who can change settings), no one is able to check out any of these markups, except for me as the Admin. They all get an error 303... You do not have adequate.... (you know the rest).
I'm going to try a reboot of the server because I cannot think of what may have changed. Here is a snippet of the log file:

Feeling a bit red faced.
Last week, we made a decision here to not use categories on Files anymore since we are controlling all of our lifecycles on Items. As a result of this decision I changed the default file category to "Base". Base was setup with the "Basic Release" lifecycle... which was set for read only access to the Engineering group on Work In Progress. D'OH!! Changed the lifecycle to our Project lifecycle, and double checked that the group had full rights, and the problem went away. It's always one tiny checkbox that messes you up. And it's usually one that I SHOULD have know to look for.
