Custom Object Search

I have come up with a custom object and have linked shortcuts to the object. But, when I search for a shortcut of an item which is attached to it it doesn't find the specific custom object. See screen shot. If I hi-lite the shortcut there are several references to the 25511 which I am searching for. If I look at the property settings, these fields are turned on as being searchable.

Is there any way that I can search to find the specific custom object that an item may be attached to?
