Copy Design error 1080 ?

I'm trying to use Copy Design to replace a subassembly.
I'm getting Error 1080. Anyone know what that is?

I've seen that too...it doesn't happen when I copy everything, but when I try to reuse something it does...

Could I ask each of you to log a subscription support request (SR) with us
at Autodesk product support? I'd like to work with you to resolve this
problem if at all possible.

First, can you confirm what Vault release and Service Pack level you are on?
For example, are you on Vault 4 Service Pack 2 and have you applied SP2 to
both the server and all clients? There is also two more hotfixes available
from the Autodesk web site which need to be applied once SP2 is installed.

If you can each log a support request case with us directly via the web (or
contact your Autodesk re-seller and have them log a support case with us),
then we can work with you closely on a hopeful resolution. When you log a
case please note that you have the Error 1080 when using Copy Design and
reported this on the Vault NG so I can identify the case when it comes in.

Thanks!

One more note to followup on my previous post.. Please make sure you both
have Inventor 10 fully service packed through SP3a. I would like to confirm
you are on Inventor 10 SP3a and Vault 4 Service Pack 2 on all clients and
the server.

Thanks,
Bob

I walked through installing all of the above with a tech support guy at Autodesk...and still got the error.

What is your SR#? Shoot me an email and I'll see if there's something more
we can do to resolve this (hopefully).

Thanks!
