Checking in drawings

When I have completed a design (all assemblies, parts, drawings, etc) I open the top level GA drawing in inventor. I then select the vault tab and use the check in function.

This checks all the parts and assemblies into vault but leaves behind all the part drawings??

How can I check in all related content.

I am using the single project approach so I don't think I can use the "check in entire project" approach as this would try checking in designs which have already been added to vault?

The 'Check In Project' command will add the entire project to the Vault. If
the data is added to the Vault already then it will not attempt to add it
again (assuming your project is mapped correctly). Alternatively you can use
the Autoloader.
