Changing Category Breaks Link to Parent

Hello,

I'm currently learning Vault Workgroup 2011 and I have an issue with categories. Here's the problem. I add an assembly to the vault. Then, if I try to rename the children of that assembly, no problem, the assembly is updated and pointing to the new child part with the new name after the rename is completed.

All files are tagged as "Base" by default when loaded in the Vault.

Now, if I change the category of a child, let's say to Engineering and then, I try to rename the child, the parent assembly is no longer updated. If I get the lattest version of that assembly and open it, it is searching for the old file name of the child part.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm new at Workgroup, maybe there is something somewhere that I did not configure correctly.
