Can't see any thumbnails for MS Office 2007 documents in Vault MFG

Hi!

For all my Microsoft office 2003 documents there is a nice little thumbnail, but for all documents created after my update to Microsoft office 2007 there are non. How can I get them back?

Hi,

You need to enable the Thumbnail option while saving the
document in the Save dialog.

hi,

This is a known issue caused by server, because a thumbnail is not provided by the ifilter. The file has a bitmap which is in the wrong format so this would require more work then a bug fix.

I believe what Elwen is saying is that there is no
simple work-around at this time.  The issue is known and we hope to address
it in the future.
