Baffling error message

Hello there,

Recently every time I click on an Autocad drawing icon in Vault Manufacturing 2010 explorer, I get this error as in the attached PDF file.

At the same time a text file (ACDB.err) appears on the desktop and it says: "Unable to load AcDb resource file."

Using XP Pro x64 latest SP. VM2010, AutoCAD & Inventor all as a package.

AutoCAD by itself works fine - can open drawings, edit/and save.

I am totally baffled.  Can someone please let me know what is this error all of a sudden?Robot Sad

Thanks

Mike

Hi,

Do you see this error specific to any particular drawing or all the AutoCAD drawings? If it is a particular drawing, are you able to open that drawing without any issue in AutoCAD itself?

If possible, could you please share a drawing which has this issue so that we can take a look at it?

No, it happened to all files with .dwg extension.

Regardless, the IT dept. reinstalled Vault Manufacturing, and the issue seems to have gone away.

thanks for replying.
