Autodesk data management installation problem

Hello,

I'm tryin' to install Vault 4 and the design center. All goin good till I have to install Data management and I get the error 29001 quite at the end of the process.

I'm usin Windows Xp Pro SP2 and basic IIS. The tests runnin before data management installation are all on green flags.

Any help would be welcomed cause I have no clue where It is goin from.

Thanks

To see what's happening, we'd need your server setup log, in
%TEMP%\AutodeskDataManagement. It's the server.msi.log (with a date/time
stamp). It will be in French, so we may need some help with translation
if we can't for some reason understand the error.

There are several potential reasons for this particular error code.

Thanks,
Jeff

Can you check the Application Event Log for errors around the time
14:23:35? The log indicates that some may have been written there.

Thank you,
Jeff

This is what I found with event viewer:

The request failed with the error message:

OK, thanks. Unfortunately, that doesn't tell me any more than the log
did. Are there any earlier events that might provide some additional
context?

another thing to check for:

Is there a log file in:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\application data\autodesk\vaultserver\filestore
(vlog-YYYYMMDD.txt)?

Problems at this stage are usually permissions-related. Can you give me
some details of your environment?

Thanks,
Jeff
