Hi, I'm new to this community kindly correct me if i'm not posting it in the wrong section.
I'm facing following compatibility issue with AutoDesk Vault Collaboration 2011. I've tried looking on the community to see if its posted before but couldn't find any solution thats why creating this post. Please help me sorting out this issue - I have attached the error details following.
Installed applications, AutoDesk Inventor 2011 Pro, AutoDesk Vault Server. Both of them loads-up/works fine but when I load up this i get the following error.
Based on the image, it looks like the server has been updated with Update 1. You will need to update your client to Update 1 as well.
-Jim
I installed both updates but no cure please have a look at following screen
Is it possible to get the version of ADMS Console? You can get that in the help about. Also, can you grab the server log file. When you are logged into the ADMS Console select Management -> Server Logs -> Today.

Based on the last image, you have a Vault Server. Unfortunately, a Vault Collaboration client cannot talk to a Vault Server. You will need to have a Vault Collaboration server.

What if the "Error: The connection to the database has been broken" event is taking place even after connectivity to the vault, and functioning within it? I am seeing the same error by the users are logged in and functioning, the error is seemingly random as well, but obviously affects all users in vault.
