All,
my ADMS console is not starting, I can't connect any users to the database. It was working fine over the weekend but didn't start/work today?
any known issues? how do I recover?
What version of Vault? What Server OS? Any error messages? Issues on the server itself? It was working fine and just quit?... have you tried a reboot of the server?

Vault 2013, ADMS13.
The server is OK, there are/were 58 updates that were not done. Old Anti-Virus as well, our IT dept is working on that now.
Fri/Sat it was fine, quit this morning. We are replicationg with another facliity, I can log into their server without a problem. Rebooted twice, .NET errors keep coming up.
Please see the error that appears when the client login fails.

Did you recently attempt to upgrade to 2014?

not on that server, another user with admin rights created a copy of the database to see if it uploaded on a test server which was upgraded to 2014. That was 2 weeks ago.
We also moved the licensing to another location.
That's the only work that was done.
We're getting a ".net runtime" error on the application side however.
What version of .net is running? See if it is 4.5.

Hello,
the issue described looks like this here (looking at your screenshot on post #3):
For the most customers so far Antivirus caused the issue (multiple AV programs).
Maybe you can check the other points in the blog article as well (if they apply).
Hope this helps.
Rather than delete the thread, why not post the resolution? One purpose of these forums is to provide solutions for people who may have the same problem in the future.
