2012 Vault Client Crash with Password Proxy Server

When using Vault client 2012 to preview documents and do any general functions (rename, move) in the vault, the client will crash with the attached error.  Everything was working fine for two months and then IT started requiring us to enter login information (assuming into a proxy server) to access the outside internet.

Does the vault client have to reach the outside internet to function properly?  Has anyone else seen this type of error?

It happens on all 10 of our engineering PC's

All running Win7 x64 with 2012 Product Desgin Suite.

The Vault client doesn't require outside Internet access to connect to an intranet Vault server.

Try asking your IT department to set the proxy bypass settings for the workstation in the Internet connetion options.

You can also modify the applications configuration file so that it will bypass proxy completely.

Use the section entitled "Bypassing a Proxy Server with the Application config file" in our Advanced Configuration Guide.
