uninstall MSSQL10.AUTODESKVAULT

I'm restoring a backup of vault workgroup & need to uninstall vault before installing workgroup.

Trying to delete folder MSSQL10.AUTODESKVAULT returns a message that it's in use - this is after restarting the m/c then trying to delete the folder.

How do I delete this folder?

You are attempting to delete the folder that SQL is still using even though you have uninstall Vault Workgroup Server.  You haven't uninstall SQL server therefore you cannot delete this folder nor is it required.  If you are simply restoring from a previous backup you don't need to uninstall the Vault server, you can simply use the ADMS Console and perform a restore from the previous backup.
