Is localhost the name of the server where the Vault ADMS is? I think what you need to do is, on the initial login, type the name of YOUR server where it says "localhost". Then select the correct Vault from that server. (ther emay be more than one if you have a test environment or kept the out of the box Vault).
Checking the "automatically log in" next time will save your setup and a lot of time. See screen shot:
