job processor catch22...

I've got a problem with Job Processor continually in "Processing" of a file, here's the situation.

I'm running Job Processor on my user PC.  There is an Inventor '.dwg' file that is being processed on it.  The problem is that the file in question keeps crashing, the process maxes out my computer recources and crashed out.  I'd like to remove it from the Queue but it won't let me because it's in "Processing" status.

How do I dump it from the Job Processor?

Run the "Reset to Queue" command to move the job from Processing to Pending.   You can then delete the job.

In Vault 2013 and earlier, the Reset to Queue command is hidden.  To locate it, click on the little down arrow on the right side of the tool bar.  Select Add or Remove Buttons->Tools then click on Reset to Queue.

In Vault 2014, the command is part of the default tool bar.
