Our Web viewer doesn’t show files any more. Not the old viewer nor the new one. Only Items and folders are shown. (Autodesk Vault 2014 Subscription Release 1). What can be the cause for this?
Login as an administrator, hit the configure button, scroll down to the bottom and click Change under the Item and File Display settings and turn files back on.
