View in Window - Sys Error: Operation Failed

If I right mouse click on a AutoCAD drawing in the assoicated file list of an item and select "View In Window", vault issues a Operation failed: System Error.  Please Contact Your System Adminstrator.   This only happens on "DWG" files.

View in window works fine everywhere else and the preview/view tab shows the dwg with no problem.   When you select "view in window" in the assoicated file list, DWG Trueview appears to be used (per a test on another vault pro 2013 system) whereas the other "view in window" options, design review is used.   DWG Trueview opens fine on its own.   This happens on numerous PCs.   I have also reviewed the server logs but did not see anything in there either..

Any ideas?

Hi Lancasterm,

Please uninstall DWGTrueView on one system, and reinstall it from the 2013 installation media.  Does the issue go away or does it remain?
