Vault error: "The request failed with an empty response"

Since our migration to Vault Professional 2014 (from Professional 2013) we get the following error when creating a new folder in Vault Project Explorer:

Using the "Copy Design" function results in a similiar error:

FYI: Checking in files from Inventor (also in yet-to-be-created Vault-folders) and adding files directly to Project Explorer works properly.

 

What could be the cause of these errors?

Hi viavacvacuumlif,

When you receive this error, please do an IISRESET on your ADMS server.  Does it clear the issue?
