It seems that our Vault Workgroup 2010 Windows7 clients are not able to rename AutoCAD Electrical files within the vault but those on WindowsXP are able to. This just occurred in the last couple of weeks from what I have been told and we are trying to narrow down the culprit. The Vault server recently changed hands to a different IT group and new Symantec anti-virus was installed but other than that I don't think there were any other changes. The Windows7 clients are 64-bit machines. The WindowsXP are 32-bit.
Anybody have any issues with this? Thanks.
