Vault Error when selecting CC library read only user

I can log into Vault as defined users with no issues. However when I change Authentication to "Content Center library read only user" I get the below error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Any ideas? I haven't looked at the ADMS Console yet. Heading there next.

I'm using the below:

Vault Workgroup 2014 18.1.8.0 Update 1

Inventor Professional 2014 SP1 Update 2
