Hi all,
I am unable to check out anything from the vault; The status bar gets to the end of its run but I get a checkout error listing all the parts in the assembly with each ones error being 'Operation failed: System error. Please contact your system administor.
The vlog from today and also yesterday is attached, but I can't see anything relating to the error 😞
Has anyone any idea of whats happening?

A few questions:
What version/ Release of Vault product is this?
Is this a brand new install? Upgrade?
Did it work before and suddenly stop working... if so, what might have changed recently in your setup or on your server? I see there are a lot of "failed to load" errors in your log.... those may be related.

I am using version 2014 - It is an upgrade from 2013.
It has been working fine until now. I have had to change my password for my Windows log in but have updated the password in 'computer management' for the account.
The log from yesterday was actually when Vault was working, and the one from today had no errors :S
