Vault Basic 2014 - Error 303

I am trying to purge old drawings and models on Vault Basic 2014 and it appears to have stopped letting me as I did a few yesterday and as far as I know nothing has changed. I am an administrator on the Vault and now receive an error 303 "You do not have adequate permissions to perform this operation". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you may not have all the service packs or hot fixes installed.

There was an issue that was resolved in one of the service packs.
