Vault Basic 2013 over VPN problems seeing files

I am running Vault Basic 2013 on a DELL M4800 mobile work station (Windows 7 Professional 64bit, 8GB ram.  When I log in to the Vault over a VPN, the vault explorer launches normally; I can see all of the folders in the file tree, but I cannot see any of the individual files in those folders.  I have applied hotfixes dl19384851 & dl19857773.

I have this same setup (Vault Basic 2013 and the VPN) on a Lenovo W700 mobile workstation running Windows XP Professional 32bit.  While it is no speed demon, it works OK.

Thanks

Make sure you install SP1 and the Cumulative hotfixes for Vault 2013.  There is a known issues before those updates that if .NET 4.5 SP1 got installed, you would no longer see fiels in the grid.

Thank you for the input.  I will download the update - am I correct in assuming that I will have to apply the update to both the Vault server and the Vault Clients?

Thanks -

While installing the Service Pack onto the client only will resolve your issue, you should install it on the server also.
