Vault 2011 and Windows SBS 2008 install problem

Hello, I have a customer that has tried to install Vault 2011 onto their Windows SBS 2008 server. He says that it gave some sort of error message about IIS and the installation stopped before anything happened. Since then, none of the original IIS sites work. This icludes WSUS, the default site, all of the builtin in SBS related sites, Sharepoint. When I try to access one of these sites, IE gives "HTTP error 503, the service is unavailable". There are several IIS related errors in the logs that include event ID 5139 and 5002. Also, WSUS errors include 13042, 12002, 12012, 12032, 12022, 12042, 12052, 7032. The Vault 2011 implementation Guide indicates that SBS 2008 R2 is supported. Does anyone have any guidance that might help me? Will Vault actually work with SBS 2008, or is there some sort of special configuration I will have to do? Any help is appreciated.

I have something to add.  In the Autodesk Vault 2011 Implementation Guide, it lists Windows Server 2008 R2 Small Business Edition 64 bit as being supported.  I just talked to a gentleman that sells the Autodesk software who told me that the readme for Vault 2011 does not list this as being a supported operating system.  Can anyone confirm whether or not SBS 2008 R2 is supported?  It seems odd that the R2 version of the standard 2008 server products would be supported but not the SBS version.  Thanks.

SBS 2008 R2 = SBS 2011, which was released in a few month ago(Dec 2010), is not supported by Vault 2011.

Thanks,

Frank
