VAULT SERVER 2013 - Failed connecting to SQL Server

Can I install Autodesk Vault 2013 on a virtual server pointing the app to an SQL Server 2008 R2 cluster installed on a different server?

This will only work if you are running Vault Collaboration or Professional which support remote SQL.

 

In addition, your SQL cluster must have an instance named AUTODESKVAULT.  It will only install to that instance name.
